1. Services

BlackFin Industries provides professional window washing, window tinting, and related exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions, scope changes, or additional service requests.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge late fees on overdue balances.

5. Property Access & Conditions

Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to service areas. BlackFin Industries is not responsible for delays or inability to complete services due to restricted access or unsafe conditions.

6. Liability

While we take the utmost care in performing our services, BlackFin Industries is not liable for pre-existing damage, improperly installed windows, or structural defects. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
